for Midfield Fire Station
Laura M Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was responsible for the construction inspection services for the 27,000 SF fire station facility which serves MIA.
As CIS consultants our responsibility included the overall supervision of the construction. As the owners representative we conducted all meetings, performed daily site visits, reviewed and approved all schedules pay requests and change orders.
New Scope of Work:
• 14 apparatus bays
• 25 dorms
• Kitchen
• Day room
• Exercise room
• Racquetball court
• Classroom
