Miami Dade County Aviation Department (MDAD) Construction Inspection Services for MIA Terminal
Laura M Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was responsible for the construction inspection services for over 450,000 SF of roof area at Miami Dade Aviation Department MIA Terminal.
New Scope:
Scope included monitoring of tear off of existing roof and application of new sprayed on polyurethane foam and coating.
As CIS consultants our responsibility included the overall supervision of the construction. As the owners representative we attended all meetings, performed daily site visits, reviewed and approved all schedules pay requests and change orders.
