MIA Central Chiller Plant
Laura M Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was responsible for the construction inspection services for the over 100,000 SF chiller plant which serves a large portion of Miami International Airport.
As CIS consultants, our responsability included the overall supervision of the construction. As the owner's representative, we conducted all meetings, performed daily site visits, reviewed and approved all schedules, pay requests, and change orders.
