Laura M Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was responsible for the master plan, program, design and construction administration services for Jerry's Caterers - Blue Sky Cafe And Spirits Bar. The design consisted of an open cafe and bar with the intention of having a modern look. The space is open to the terminal concourse creating a very peaceful ambiance for all passengers .
New Scope of Work:
New 4800 SF
•New open cafe and bar with a total of 100 regular chairs and stools
• New bar canopy with metal/wicker/wood furniture
