Henry Filer Middle School
Laura M Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was responsible for the programming, design, and construction administration services for the renovation project at Henry Filer Middle School.
Renovation Scope:
• New storefront windows in Bldg.01
• HVAC upgrades to Cafeteria and Media Center
• Restrooms
• Complete exterior painting to entire campus
Site Development Scope:
• Existing Kitchen and Staff Parking Lot was resurfaced
