Central Collection Plaza
Laura M Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was responsible for the construction inspection services for the Central Collection Plaza, whichis part of the Ground Transportation Improvement Program.
As CIS consultants our responsibility included the overall supervision of the construction. As the owners representative we conducted all meetings, performed daily site visits, reviewed and approved all schedules pay requests and change orders.
New Scope Of Work:
• 2,000 SF Administration Building
• 6 Entry Lanes/Booths and 16 Exit Lanes and Booths.
Site Development Scope:
• Modification to Portions of Central Boulevard • Relocation of Various Parking Lots.
